As a Wedding Consultant I take my role with the understanding that I am here to be your guiding light, the bridge between you and your vendors and to ensure that getting you to your big day is as stress free and enjoyable as possible. Maintaining professionalism, diligence, passion, and a spoonful of creativity will be my action plan to meet your Wedding needs. I am here to ensure that your celebration to start off your journey of life together is all you dream it to be. In this package you receive all the bells and whistles for the Ultimate Wedding Experience.
We are here from the beginning until the very end to assist you with every aspect of your Wedding. We will begin working with you 10-12 months before the Wedding. We will assist with budget determination and breakdown as needed, discussion of theme, color, style, and complete wedding design and offer any professional guidance needed as it relates to your wedding.
We will provide you with custom packages of venues and vendors to fit your style and budget. These packages will include any rentals, Bridal Shops, linens and other table settings, floral, DJ/ Entertainment, Photography/ Video, Stationary, Transportation, Out of town guest accommodations, Catering/ Cake vendors and more.
We will provide assistance with tracking your RSVP’s and help develop your seating arrangements. This package of course includes the development of a detailed wedding day timeline and floor plan for contracted vendors and bridal party.
We will make all arrangements and scheduling with contracted vendors for set up/ break down. We will be in attendance to officiate your rehearsal and of course we are there for the Big Day!
