Full Planning 

In this package you receive all the bells and whistles for the Ultimate  Wedding Experience.

We are here from the beginning until the very end to assist you with every aspect of your Wedding. We will begin working with you 10-12 months before the Wedding. We will assist with budget  determination and breakdown as needed, discussion of theme, color, style, and complete wedding design. We will provide role descriptions if needed for your Bridal Party members and offer any professional guidance needed as it relates to your wedding.

No worries about running down those hard to reach venues and vendors we will package vendors that fit your style and budget. These packages will include any rentals, Bridal Shops, linens and other table settings, floral, DJ/ Entertainment, Photography/ Video, Stationary, Transportation, Out of town guest accommodations, Catering/ Cake vendors and more. We are available for unlimited consultations with you via text/email. We will attend specified vendor appointments and provide you with the most reasonable amount of professional hours consisting of in-person consultation time throughout the planning process and research of wedding professionals, venue, and any cultural traditions being incorporated throughout the ceremony.

We will provide assistance with tracking your RSVP’s and help develop your seating charts if you chose not to have open seating. This package of course includes the development of a detailed wedding day timeline and floor plan for contracted vendors and bridal party.

We will make all arrangements and scheduling with contracted vendors for set up/ break down. We will be in attendance to officiate your rehearsal and of course we are there for the Big Day! We make site visits the morning of the Wedding to monitor and supervise all the pieces as they come together for you. Additionally we ensure that preparation locations for both the male and female bridal party members are equipped with everything needed to get the Celebration going.
