WEDDINGS

FULL PLANNING 

Full Planning Services is curated for our Bride and Groom who is looking for the Ultimate Wedding Experience. We are here for you from the beginning until the very end to assist you with all aspects of your Wedding. On The BIG Day we will be there to ensure that every detail planned is carried out efficiently for you to have the most joyous and memorable experience to celebrate your love! But, we aren't quite done. We continue to work with you as needed after the Wedding Day up to 8 weeks or date you receive all final images and cinema files and they are everything you hoped for. 

 

Services Include:​

  • Full Design and Decor Concept

  • Budget Development

  • Vendor Recommendation and Appointment Attendance

  • Assistance with Guest Accommodations

  • Detailed Timeline

  • Automated Checklists

  • Assistance with tracking Guests RSVP's 

  • Wedding Rehearsal Attendance (up to 2 hours)

  • Bride and Groom Emergency Kits

  • Bride and Groom Prep Room Setup

PARTIAL PLANNING 

Partial Planning Services is curated for our Bride and Groom who has hit the ground running. Now that you have secured your venue and some of your major vendors we can help you take it from there. We will review all the details you have already planned and assist with all the remaining aspects to complete your vision and get you to your BIG Day! 

 

Services Include:​​

  • Floorplan Development

  • Vendor Recommendation and Appointment Attendance

  • Detailed Timeline

  • Automated Checklists

  • Assistance with tracking Guests RSVP's 

  • Wedding Rehearsal Attendance (up to 2 hours)

  • Bride and Groom Emergency Kits

  • Bride and Groom Prep Room Setup

DAY OF COORDINATION

Day of Coordination is curated for the Bride and Groom who have planned every detail of their Wedding and would like to ensure that The BIG Day is managed efficiently and professionally. We will begin working with you 1-2 month before your Wedding. This allows us adequate amount of timing to gain a full understanding of all details planned and vendors contracted for The BIG Day! 

 

Services Include:​​​​

  • Full Day Coordination

  • Organize and review Wedding vendor contracts

  • Venue Walkthrough

  • Lead Planner and one assistant 

  • Detailed Timeline to include load in/load out for vendors

  • Setup all favors and Wedding Personals 

  • Distribution of Bridal Party personals 

  • Wedding Rehearsal Attendance (up to 2 hours)

  • Distribute final balances and gratuities to vendors

  • Collect all Wedding Personals/ Gifts for designated recipient

MICRO WEDDINGS

In our current climate our traditionally large celebrations are not always an option. However, love is never cancelled. We still want to help you celebrate your love and we can do so in a more intimate way through a Micro Wedding. This service is curated for intimate celebrations up to 25 guests. We will bring everything you need for your BIG Day. All you have to do is provide the location and love.
